The Grade ’s will be exploring relationships this year.  The main question that we will be asking is, “How can we foster relationships with land, people and culture to create change?”.  To answer this question we will learn from the past, seek inspiration from the present, so we can lead in the future.

  • Grade 6 Math: Convert improper fractions & mixed numbers; Learn about integers; Understand ratio and percent; Multiply & divide decimal numbers; Solve equations using Order of Operations; Use variables, graphs and tables to show number patterns.
  • Language: Reading (Book Clubs, Guided Reading Groups), Writing (Journals, Biographies, Narratives, Scripts, Newspapers) , Speaking (Presentations)
