Welcome to Mrs. Cayley Webber's Grade 5/6 Page

Hello!!

My name is Cayley Webber and I am excited to be part of the grade 5/6 team at Banded Peak. This will be my second year with RockyView Schools and my seventh year as an upper elementary school teacher. I am looking forward to exploring themes of identity and systems this year, through our study of Democracy, Trees & Forests, and Wetlands as well as spending time in the special places and ecosystems in the forest – known as the back 40 - behind the school. I teach Monday – Thursday, and Mrs. Nancy Fairhead teaches on Fridays.

When I am not at school, you can find me hiking, cross-country skiing, or on my mountain bike usually west of town. I am currently working on graduate studies in environmental communication and education as well as working with teachers throughout the province on climate change literacy.
